Doing Meditation is my hobby.
My greatest hobby is doing Meditation. Meditation means
managing the mind by concentrating on breathing .meditation has huge benefits
.Meditation is every thing to me .I cant live without meditation .If you
meditate on an ideal you will acquire its nature.every human being in this world
should and must meditate in order to take away stress , through meditation our
mind will starts thinking twice than usual , it is nothing but its a exercise
for our mind.
As sri ramakrishna says for meditation " In meditation one must be absorbed in god ".
Through mediation life is full of joy and happy.dont forget meditation is not simply closing eyes and sitting , one should follow rules in meditation.

The holistic approach of well being includes exercise breathing and meditation.our life is our breath our breath is our life .we can say that for all practical purposes he someone is not breathing it indicates that there is no life there.
