Comparing Meditation with laughing.
Meditation
is totally different approach when compared to laughing . to do meditation we
must be committed , determined , dedicated entirely towards it , must be
done silently.whereas laughing is entirely different form , it must be enjoying
done . its not a pl silent work as meditation.
To be healthy laugh as much as you can now start
laughing and add smile to it, laughing ability is god’s gift which is
given to everyone in the world .we feel happy by laughing.
smile can simply acts as medicine to cure
various disease , which may not possible with even costly medicines. laugh
atleast for 10 to 15 minutes for a day , especially who are above 50 years of
age should laugh , because they will be facing alot of problems and stress too
.break the barriers by smiling.
